NINE HOUR TOTAL RENTAL PERIOD

Negotiable hours with a final curfew of 11:00 PM for guests and midnight for caterers.

There will be a $200.00 per hour charge for any additional time over agreement. If you need the space for longer, please make arrangements ahead of time.

We offer one complimentary 30 minute visit prior to your event to meet with your vendors, caterers, DJ, and bridal party. Each additional visit is $50.00.

TERMS

50% payment of total fee due at time of booking (non-refundable), balance to be paid two months prior to rental date (non-refundable).

An additional $1,000.00 damage/time overage deposit is required with final payment. We can only accept cash or check for the damage deposit. The damage deposit will be refunded upon satisfactory inspection of premises.
